Meet the owner

Hi, I’m Yana, founder of Precision Bookkeeping.

I’m an Accountant with over 10 years of experience helping small businesses simplify their finances and gain real insight into their numbers. I hold a degree in Accounting & Finance and spent more than a decade working for CPA firms, servicing small businesses of different industries, before starting Precision Bookkeeping. 

During those years, I saw the same pattern again and again, business owners working incredibly hard but feeling unsure about their financial picture. Creative entrepreneurs who have a passion for their craft, but avoid their spreadsheets only to cause problems that pile up. I started my own business to change that, to give business owners clear, reliable books and a sense of control over their finances.

I’ve been in your shoes.

Before launching Precision Bookkeeping, I ran my own candle brand, AromaSoy Candles, for six years. I sold both retail and wholesale, handled trade shows, and managed every aspect of the business, debt-free and cash-based.

That experience taught me how powerful organized, transparent financials can be for making confident business decisions. I understand the challenges of running a small business firsthand, and I know how valuable it is to have someone you can trust handling your business accounting.
